PREAMBLE

Distinguished Developers:

First of all we would like to express our appreciation to you, for your persistent effort and amazing talents devoted to the Mobile App Development business in China. In deed, this is a fantastic opportunity and career for us all. We would love to do make any efforts in creating a healthy and well-organized development environment for the mobile market.

For better understanding of our review rules, we published some application review standard on our website, and will later add it to our Application Review Rules.Please take your time and read it carefully, this will help you get to know the basic rules to use YouMi platform, better resolve the problems you might have during integration and the review process.

If your application looks like being simply generated on templates, we are afraid that it could not be accepted by our network.YouMi protects developers' interest by creating a high quality app environment on our platform.

We reject apps containing any crossed-line contents(such as nudity,violence and racial discrimination). You may asked where the "line" is. Actually, we think you already knew that when you really did.

After regular review, we will randomly check the cooperative applications, to ensure there will be no contents against the state legislation in the following upgrade. If there is any violations, we will freeze your developer account as the punishment.

For the Application review, we will seriously stick to the Application Review Rules. If your application is rejected by us after submit, you could feel free to contact us. We will review your application together, to find the best solution to solve this problem.

We will keep adding news rules into this documents to solve the upcoming new problems. Any changes will be sent to you via email, please kindly check the updates.

Hereunder are some reasons that might lead to application rejection

1.Function

  • Application crashes whenever started;
  • Multiple errors appears in running;
  • Functions are not in line with description;
  • Functions involves cheating or false;
  • No obvious use or fails to provide permanent entertainment value;
  • Applications generated on simple template.

2.Contents

  • Banner cannot be seen in any pages;
  • One page contains two or more than two banners might caused your application rejected because of the bad user experience;
  • AppID and Secure are not in line with the ones provided;
  • Application is still on test mode;
  • Banner is covered and fails to fully display;
  • Banner setting affects the normal operation;
  • Any in-app setting lead to user misclick the banner;
  • SDK integration not stick to YouMi Developer Guide;
  • Including words to seduce user click the banner；
  • Including description of violence and child abuse;
  • Including contents implying misuse of abuse of weapons to attack others;
  • Including obvious description of sex;
  • Including porny images or words;
  • Content are mainly uploaded by users, but most are considered as porny;
  • Including words or images that slander/attach racial groups;
  • Including true screenshot of people/animal being killed or attacked;
  • Contents are only generated by few simple images;
  • Contents are made to attack specific people or groups;

3. Copyright

  • Any use of UI and icon features in the application shall be original, or under the authorization of the author; otherwise it will be rejected in the review process;
  • Any integration to application via illegal decompilation, reverse engineering or jailbreak will be rejected in the review process;
  • Simply Chinesize foreign application and integration YouMi SDK without authorization of the original may will be rejected in the review process;
  • Simple integration YouMi SDK into the common example source apps will be rejected;
  • Apart from the rules above, any application involves with copyrights shall strictly go through the review in case of violating the copyrights of a third party;
